Ways to stay focused all day
- Meditate :
By meditating you are practicing focus on daily bases, which studies show helps with concentration, Wellness in other activities and also to refresh our mind. Each activity focuses on the Morning time.
- Devote specific hours to task :
Like a picking, a consistency focus spot, designing ‘focus time’ also helps fend off ego depletion.
- Minimize multitasking :
A scientist has found that multitaskers are easily distracted and less efficient at tasks.
- Exercise regularly :
Regular exercise can help stimulate the release of chemicals in the brain that rewires memory circuits, improving function, Re-focusing, and new activities.
- Make a to-do list :
To-do lists help you Prioritize and tie up loose ends from unfinished work, which can keep you focused since we tend to remember incomplete more than completed work.

- Take breaks :
