What is Quality Assurance?
Greendot will help you to gap analysis in quality control and prepared action taken report and implementation. Green dot has prepared a control datasheet with specific limited tolerance criteria. Also data analysis based on rejection or rework. Greendot will help you to implement on control plan, PDI report, potential failure mode and effects analysis (process FMEA), process capability plan, and material test report.
The quality control department will start an incoming material inspection plan as per standard specification and in-process as per tolerance and finish goods inspection as per customer requirement. Also prepared AQL (Accepted quality limit) based on the product range. If the material does not match with specification then

The quality control part of quality Management focuses on fulfilling the requirement of quality. Quality control in most cases quality department product inspection and product testing process. The quality department has short non confirming products and approved as a good product. It is common to find coming material control from suppliers.
That quality Assurance survey prevention and quality control defection, QC team will install defect failure and prevention such as reducing the tolerance with specific limits. So the QC team prevents failure.
Quality control can be accomplished by the following:
- Determine what parameter is to be controlled.
- Establish its criticality and whether you need to control before, during or after results are produced
- Establish a specification for the parameter to be controlled which provides limits of acceptability and units of measure.
- Produce plans for control which specify the means by which the characteristics will be achieved and variation detected and removed.
- Organize resources to implement quality control.
- Install a sensor at an appropriate point in the process to sense variance from the specification.
- Collect and transfer data to a QC department for analysis.
- Verify the results and diagnose the cause of the variance.
- Propose remedies and decide on the action needed to restore the status quo. Take the agreed action and check that the variance has been corrected.

- QC training: – unless your organization is big enough to have a quality control team, train instructional designers, picture designers, and media experts in quality control abilities. they could lead the way, installation structures, and educate others.
- Document It: Revise it as you continue to learn what works for your organization.
What is quality control?
Quality control involves the testing of devices and determining if they are inside the specifications for the final product. The purpose of the testing is to decide any needs for corrective actions within the production process. Precise quality control allows businesses to meet consumer needs for better products.
Quality testing involves each step of the manufacturing process. Personnel often begin with the testing of raw materials, pull samples from along the manufacturing line, and test the finished product. Testing at the diverse stages of manufacturing allows identification in which a production hassle is occurring and the remedial steps it calls for to prevent it in the future.
