Weekends are a squandered resource, too often spent either doing more work or in a passive cycle of sleep, food, drink, and pointless activity that’s easy on the brain. But a good week end should refuel your spirit and rejuvenate you for whatever the week ahead will bring.
Here’s what the Super Successful people do on their weekends that resets and refreshes them. Read through and see what you can start incorporating into your own weekend.
1. Plan your Agenda.
2. Spare time for your loved one
3. Do some exercise
4. Visit some special and place of your liking
5. Unplug your self from Cell phone, TV, Computer
6. Spend at least 30 Minutes for meditation
7. Spare time for your hobbies – read book, Help your spouse, Play with the kids atleast.
8. Learn something new – with out using technology, there are many things that you need to learn with out you tube and google.
9. Sit with peace of mind – Do not talk to any one for at least 30 minutes.
10. Laugh – like a child.
